If your are interested in attending this event please contact the Chamber office at 732-7515 or fax us a note at 732-7175. We are now booking hosts for January 2000.

If you are a regular at the Chamber's Business After Five events, or you are new to the Chamber and would like to get better acquainted with fellow members, or would just like an excuse to throw a party, the Chamber needs you.

We are currently seeking hosts for the Business After Five events. Hosting a Business After Five is a great way to let other business people know more about your products and services, so before you volunteer your company, you may wish to consider the following:

• Is your business seasonal? If it is, you may wish to schedule your Business After Five accordingly--eg: spring for a garden supply business, or fall/winter for a travel agency.
• Is your business busier some months than others? You may wish to host your Business After Five at a time when the other demands on your time are not at their peak.
• What will you do to entertain your guests? Will you feature demonstrations of your product or service? What about door prizes, contests, and refreshments? Will your event have a specific theme? Will you take people on facility tours? Use your imagination.
