The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God."
Psalm 14:1

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23

Many of us have heard or read the above scriptures. I pray that if you happen on this page, God will work in your heart so that you may truly see that,

Jesus can fill 'what's missing in your life'.

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing,
but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
1 Corinthians 1:18

Receiving Jesus Christ, the Son of God as Saviour from your sins and confessing that He is Lord, is the most important thing that you will ever do. Jesus will fill any emptiness in your life with a peace that only He can give.

The sad fact:

"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." (1 John 1:8)
What is sin? Sin is the breaking of God's law and living your life according to your plan. Read through the following scriptures to see God's plan for you.

Sin separates you from God.

"But your iniquities have separated you from God; And your sins have hidden His face from you" (Isaiah 59:2). "For the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23).

Now, the good news; God loves you.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."(John 3:16, 17). "but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

God gives us the gift; we only need to accept it.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8,9).

God sent Jesus to save us from our sins and eternal damnation, by His death on the cross and His resurrection.

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8) "Therefore, we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." (Romans 6:4)

You can accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour by believing in Him in your heart and repenting of your sins.

"….the word of faith which we preach: If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:8-10) "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
"And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgement, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time apart from sin, for salvation." (Hebrews 9:27,28)

The simplicity of salvation makes it so difficult for many. If you want the peace that only God can give, just pray from your heart to our heavenly Father:

Lord, You are an awesome and gracious God. You are the only God and creator of all.
I am a sinner; I have not been living a life pleasing to You. Lord, I know that You sent Your only begotten Son, Christ Jesus, into this world to die on the cross for my sins and to rise from the dead and return to heaven and I know that Jesus will return again someday to claim His own.
Please Lord, forgive my sins and have your Holy Spirit enter my life to guide me in Your ways. Thank you Father for this gift of salvation.
I pray in Jesus precious name.

Now that you have accepted God's gift of salvation:
Talk often with our heavenly Father, study God's word and be obedient to it.
Seek out a church that believes and preaches the Bible, which is God's word.
A Bible believing church should baptize you in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost.

Jesus told his disciples before he ascended into heaven: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."(Matthew 28:19)
Some thoughts:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.
    Psalm 118:24

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me away from Your presence. And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of Your Salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.
    Psalm 51:10-12

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Trust in the Lord forever, For Yah, the Lord is everlasting strength.
    Isaiah 26:3,4

    I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no God.

Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one.
    Isaiah 44: 6,8

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?
Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.
    Mark 8:36-38

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
    Acts 4:12

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."
    Romans 1:16,17

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
    Galatians 3:26-29

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus
Who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,

If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and sinner appear?
    1 Peter 4:18

So we may boldly say:
"The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?"
Hebrews 13:6
