Most of the Stockton 2000 Reunion's social events will be held at The Queen Hotel in downtown Chester. Built in 1860, The Queen is one of Chester's best known hotels, and as a result of a recent refurbishment programme, has seen a return to its former glory.

The ground floor has been elegantly refurbished in rich fabrics, marble and classic decor which sympathetically enhance the original Victorian design.

There are 126 en-suite rooms, many enjoying views of the hotel gardens. Each is elegantly furnished and yet provides all of the modern amenities, including satellite TV.
